Over the past year, I have been working towards this solo exhibition.
It has been a long journey, because precisely an anniversary exhibition provides space for reflections on the time that has passed.
Therefore, my starting point in many of the new paintings has been inspired by my own works from previous periods and exhibitions - all the way back, where I 1

Over the past year, I have been working towards this solo exhibition.
It has been a long journey, because precisely an anniversary exhibition provides space for reflections on the time that has passed.
Therefore, my starting point in many of the new paintings has been inspired by my own works from previous periods and exhibitions - all the way back, where I 1
5-year-old created a work that I still love - and stand by. Stylish and bare gables get new life in these pictures.
In my expressive universe, I have gained new energy and inspiration in nature and the landscape - especially in nature's leaves and leaf hanging. With the leaves and the fusion of several natural fragments, I want to find a texture - as if it were woven tapestries.
In small, more graphically tight, almost abstract works, I have drawn inspiration from the 10 years I exhibited in Washington D.C., U.S.A.
